Honestly if you ask me it is overpriced unhealthy food so please do not come thanks. Well coming to visit me is perfectly alright though :D :D :D and they serve gloriously good Caesar Salad that is worth trying :) everything else though is pretty much deep fried so if you don't give a damn about your health (or your pocket), please do come.
I had a wonderful plethora of good food these few days (weeks, rather). Had amazingly good Fatty Tuna at Tomi Sushi with Edward, Hillary, Jolene, Jean and Nath :D I AM ABSOLUTELY GOING TO DRAG MY FAMILY THERE TO EAT SO THAT I CAN ORDER ALL I WANT AND NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR IT! :D :D :D
Anddd I finally got to try out Tiong Bahru Bakery (at long last, I know right!) and I ordered $20 worth of food. The food there is so awesomely good it will definitely be a breakfast location in future. Not to mention the fact that I had wonderfully good company with my dearest Adhika :) Cannot wait to see him again in April! The latte too was inspiring - I am going to work hard to learn latte art in future OK OK OK :D
Last but not least, I tried Original Sin yesterday. Incredibly good vegetarian food - I honestly believe that vegetarian food has truly succeeded if a meat lover like me does not realize that it is vegetarian. Ironic though, that at first I told my mama that we should not eat there cause it is probably steak but... HOW WRONG I WAS :D :D :D definitely a place to bring vegetarian friends to! :D
Oh and I finally finally got to try Daily Scoop's Mao Shan Wang ice cream. As good as the real thing guys. A tad bit pricey though.
Had terribad food though. One, of course is at my workplace. (ok I so did not say that)
Hatched was TERRIBLE. Expensive and tasted like shit. I had the Sir Benedict, but it was nowhere near Coffee Bean's. Which was even cheaper.
Ok summary of eating places cause I am such a terribly lazy blogger. Honestly though I've hardly had time to use computer. Daily schedules go like this:
Morning: Yoga
Noon to 8PM: Work
Night: Run, then slack around and attempt to read
"we tend to tiptoe around what we want, cloaking our needs with evasions and in the process, we habitually lie, break others' hearts and suffer through evenings filled with frustration and guilt"
- Alain de Botton, in "How To Think More About Sex"
I guess at the end of the day, I am glad we came clean. Not entirely though, but at least I tried.Labels: daily, food, quotes
