GIVE ME THERAPY, I'M A WALKING TRAVESTY.

twentythree y.o. geographer, barista, yoga practitioner. University College London. born and bred in the lil' island of Singapore. constantly searching for answers. extremely flawed, especially when it comes to imposing standards on others, expecting too much, not knowing when to close her mouth (to shut the fuck up or to stop eating). too crazy for her own good and has to be taken with a massive handful of salt. adores backpacking, hitch-hiking, hill-walking, red wine, whiskey, cocktails, fine food and good conversations.

❝ New Year Resolutions 2014 ❞

I just burnt more money online shopping - two of my cards were rejected and I resorted to using my last card haha. Thankfully it went though. Everything was just so amazingly cheap omg thank you Puikay for telling me :)

Had an amazing meet up with my favoritest favoritest girls today, but I will talk more about this later hehe. Right now, in view of the new year, I am going to declare a bunch of resolutions.

I tried to be more generous this year, seeing how I failed in meeting them last year (ok for last year, I did eventually meet them but it took me longer than expected). This list is definitely less than complete and I will come back to update it when I think of more things!

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS 2014:

1. To do a full pull up by the end of the year.
Don't ask me which grip. Any grip is fine. I just want to do ONE full pull up. I hope this isn't too much to ask for?:/

2. To hold a full handstand for at least a minute.
I should be able to get there by the end of the year. Hopefully.

3. To eat well.
To eat healthy, and to eat the right amounts (*cough*)

4. To listen more.
To listen more to what people are saying, to listen more to what people feel, rather than constantly only caring about myself.

5. To finish the academic year well.

6. To go on two ski trips (hopefully France with UCL and Japan with my family)
Hence, I will have to work hard enough in my second year to ensure that I will have a relatively emptier winter break that would allow me to do this.

7. To spend less money.
Especially on food and clothes. Fiona, you only have one mouth and one body.

8. To give thanks and show appreciation frequently.
To all the people around me - my family, my friends. And also to be grateful to be able to wake up every morning, and to be grateful for all that I have and for how fortunate I am.
